Sleep!

Today I wake up grateful that most nights I am able to sleep solid through the night. This doesn’t always happen but most nights it does! Sleep is an important part of life, now time for some green and mint tea to kick off the day!  Help spread the attitude of gratitude and share something you are grateful for today!
